Alfred’s Getting an Upgrade!


We’re pleased to announce that Alfred, our email hygiene and verification platform, is getting an upgrade and we’ve been making behind the scenes improvements to make Alfred even more powerful and accurate.

This enhancement is designed to deliver even greater accuracy and reliability — all while keeping your current workflow uninterrupted. This upgrade is designed to be a minimal-impact transition, ensuring continued reliability and value for all Alfred users.

The Big Change
As part of this upgrade, the full hygiene service will now require 2 credits:

  • 1 credit for deliverability (email verification), and

  • 1 credit for verification (threat detection)

Most importantly however, the price remains the same.
The cost previously associated with one credit will now purchase two credits. This change also offers the flexibility to select a single service or both services.

Don’t worry, there’s no action required on your part. To ensure a seamless transition, we’re automatically doubling all existing active credits to align with the new 2-credit structure.

These additional credits will be applied to all accounts on December 12th 2025 when the upgrade rolls out. 

To bring clarity and consistency to credit management, your credits will have an expiration date. 

  • New hygiene credits will now carry a 1-year expiration period from the date of purchase.

  • However, all existing credits that you have will have their expiration extended to December 11th, 2026.

Q: What is changing with the Alfred package?


A: The full package will now require 2 credits instead of 1: one credit for deliverability and one credit for verification.


Q: Is the price increasing?


A: No, the price stays the same! You will pay the current 1-credit price for the new 2-credit structure.


Q: Will my discount be removed or changed?


A: No, existing discount codes and pricing will remain the same! You may continue to use your coupon code per standard at checkout.


Q: What do existing users need to do?


A: You don't have to do anything. If you have active credits, we are doubling your credit count automatically to accommodate the new structure.


Q: When will the additional credits be applied?


A: The additional credits will automatically be applied to all accounts on December 12th, which is when the update rolls out.


Q: What is the expiration for new hygiene credits?


A: New credits will expire 1 year from the date of purchase.


Q: When do my existing credits expire?


A: For any credits you already have in the system prior to December 12th 2025 - the expiration date has been set to December 11th, 2026.


Q: I purchase credits through a referral/partner, does that affect anything?


A: Please contact your referral / partner to confirm billing processes. Otherwise no, credit consumption will be updated to the 2 credits model & credits will be automatically updated to your partner for distribution. 


Q: Will this affect my autopayment / automatic refill setup in Alfred?


A: No, any existing autopayment & automatic credit refills will remain the same after the update. If you’d like to update your settings to go: Your Account -> Billing -> Setup Recurring
